ACTY 238 Walking/Running

This course is an individualized program of walking/running activities. This course will enable students to become familiar with cardiorespiratory assessment, VO2 max, proper training zones, and prepare them to construct and utilize an individualized workout program. It will also give them the opportunity to research several health related topics of personal interest. The course can be taken for variable credit (half or one credit) and is only offered online.
